    You can claim all you want except they aren't. Neither the Icon nor 1520 have the official 8.1 update pushed out yet and the 930 isn't out (still on pre-order status). The 630 and the 635, by all accounts, are the first phones with official WP8.1 out of box which are available now for purchase.
