Sadly the list of backwards compatible games is quite short at present time; And does not include (in my opinion any block buster hits. No Gears or Halo games. http://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/back ... able-games

I still have hope. It was one of the games they showed in the preview so while it might not be right away, I would be surprised if it wasn't added before the end of the year.

IntergalacticWalrus[/url]":22ohp5f7]I don't know about you people but for me, spotty emulation that won't support every game seems pretty pointless, when you can just keep your existing console (or buy a really cheap used one) and enjoy 100% perfect compatibility with every game.

At least with the previous gen there was the argument of getting free upscaled HDMI output out of backwards compatibility. But now, bah.

There's the argument of consoles taking place, and I don't know about the 360 vs. One, but my PS3 and PS4 use the same power cables so I can swap them very easily. I keep one of them in my living room and one in my bedroom, and swap them every once in a while. I don't treat them as separate generations so much as just two separate consoles with different content.

I have a PS3 and a XBox One. I can already play most of last gen on my PS3. All I care about are the exclusives for XBox. I am not in the minority as I have seen a ton of people on here in Ars talk about doing the reverse (XBox 360/PS4). Right now players like me represent a huge amount of money for minimal work, so it makes perfect sense to target us.
