That's a great idea. The speculation and bullshitting on the Westworld subreddit was fucking insufferable in S1. I realized I didn't hate the twist at the end so much as I hated all the people analyzing everything to death to predict it ahead of time. It totally ruined the show's mystery.

Wait if you hate all that and it ruined the shows mystery then why read endless reddit threads about it?

I just watched the show. Annoying unlike netflix you can't binge watch it so we waited until the season was almost done before starting it so we could watch at our own pace. We came up with our own (mostly wrong) theories.

We did basically the same thing but watched the episodes as they were released because we don't trust our friends not to spoil things, even unintentionally. Waiting till near the end of the season would have been too much risk...

After finishing the season, I did spend a bit of time reading through theories out of curiosity and for the LOLZ (some were just hilariously way off).
