Awesome and ugh.
My wife and I watch this and enjoy it, but by the end of a season the ultraviolence has us exhausted and fed up.
Looking forward to an excellent show... and it being over.
So conflicted.
I started watching season one, not really liking the ultraviolence and gave up after the plane scene with Homelander and the Wonder Woman/American Maid character. Ugh, I just couldn't continue after that.
(I have made it through Invincible, perhaps because it's a cartoon, but my reservations on the unnecessary violence are still there for some scenes, particularly the extended fight scene between Invincible and his father where all the human casualties happened.)
