Did I miss how Switch 2 edition of games are going to work? I assume since it's Nintento that I'm going to have to fully re-buy the game, but hoping there would be an upgrade discount of some sort.
There is an upgrade "add-on" if you already own the games on Switch 1. No price was mentioned. I'm assuming the price will be "more than I want it to be but less than a full game." I'd assume $20.
There were a lot of audio and video desync issues in the US stream (pretty egregious, actually). I would imagine they are either replacing it or taking this one offline and posting a new one.
No mention of upgrades to the biggest failure of the Switch (the Joycon joysticks), you have to pay for new versions of games you already bought on the Switch, and they announced the price off-stream... and it's high as hell for a Nintendo system. Personally, I'm out for now
But they're not... they're already $80-$90. That's his point - Nintendo is charging more just because they can, and it's bullshit, especially when they don't have to subsidize the console hardware like Sony and MS do.
DK being $70 isn't much to support the lower price, since Tropical Freeze has been $50 for the life of the game.
