Netflix was so much better when they had a good selection of scifi shows filmed in Canada. I guess there's no hope for a return of "the good stuff" now that Amazon owns MGM.

It was better still before they started replacing stuff that was worth watching with Netflix originals. Yes they occasionally make something good, but it’s 90% utter dreck.

Wait, I thought NTSC was 480i?!? Not sure about PAL though... /shrug

576i, if you were wondering, but the main benefit at the time was much better colours. They didn't call NTSC "Never Twice the Same Colour" for nothing.
