If it weren't for the majority of my local homestead business being through Facebook, I'd leave. It's already bad enough that Facebook summarily wipes memory of the pages you've hidden/blocked at random times, but their suggested post algorithm is just hot garbage. It doesn't matter how many times you say "I don't want to see this." You will literally see the same post (just from different spammers) over and over and over again.

Dropping fact checks isn't the only thing equivalent to X that Zuckerberg is doing. Since the start of the new year my FB feed has suddenly been filled with all these profiles that it is suggesting I should follow. These are "random" profiles that FB says "based on you viewing ...", and of which the majority are things I would never follow.
Fuck that. If I wanted to follow someone, then I would have already done that.

Microsoft has been very oddly quiet on the Trump front. Even the obligatory congrats post to Trump was relatively mild and short.
