Windows 7, what apps work, don't work for you?

Verified with the Windows 7 x64 beta from TechNet (which is no doubt the same as every other x64 beta):
MS Activation of the OS worked
Firefox 3.whatever the current 32-bit version is
Adobe Reader 9 (no issues with install in my particular case)
DirectX 9 install from MS with all of the updates
Warhammer Online
Catalyst Control 8.12 beta for Windows 7
IE 8 works ok for the little amount I use it
ImgBurn
DVDDecrypter
What hasn't worked so far:
Lightscribe services (required for the Lightscribe software to work)
I didn't have any issues installing Win 7 on the hard disk that had my old XP install on (I have two drives - one for Vista x64, and now Win 7 x64), and it detected sound, network, etc. for my Gigabyte AMD690-based board. I had to download Catalyst for my 4830, and DirectX 9, but that was the same with Vista Ultimate x64. Media Center didn't have any issues playing 'League of Gentlemen season 3' DVD last night, and I spend most of the earlier part of the day playing WAR. I'll set up Illustrator CS4 on it when I get home tonight, and a few other games (fallout 3, assassin's creed, etc.) and see how DX10 works on it.

For the video drivers, has anyone tried using Vista drivers? I'm using the beta catalyst 8.12 for windows 7, but i'm curious as to whether vista drivers would work. I have so far been unsuccessful in convincing the g/f to give up her XP partition for a Windows 7 test, so I can't use her as the guinea pig in the pursuit of this question.

At home, I tried installing Fallout 3 - the installation ran through (too fast, in truth), and the game is hung on the 'performance detection' routine, so it was a no go for me (x64). I switched back to Vista at home for the nonce, but I put the x64 beta on my work computer that is also running Vista Biz x86. Aside from a couple of minor issues which I'll detail in a bit, it works pretty well. It starts and runs noticeably faster than Vista, which was acceptable on this crappy old work compy:
HP dx2200 - P4 630, Radeon Xpress 1150 chipset, 2GB RAM, 2 80GB SATA I drives, DVD-RW, Sapphire Radeon HD 3450, 2 x 20" widescreens.
works with no noticeable issue:
Office 2007 Pro
GIMP 2.64
Adobe Illustrator CS3
Adobe Reader 9
The American Contractor (ugh)
Firefox Portable
Thunderbird Portable
Pidgin Portable
PuTTY Portable
Notepad++ Portable
Sharepoint Designer 2007
Blackberry Desktop 4.8

works with minor issues:
Remote Desktop Client - window positions and sizing are sometimes wonky
Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro - required DLL was missing for Acrobat Distiller, so no 'Print to PDF' option with this program.
'Restore Previous Versions' option for network drives does not correctly display snapshot dates (they all show up as today's date)
Process Explorer works fine, though it has to be manually launched - 'Replace Task Manager' just makes taskmgr.exe unavailable, it doesn't launch in its place.

PageDefrag does not work (though it didn't work with Windows Vista x64, either)
and most recently, Windows Update has crapped out on me. It worked until Friday last; now it gets to 14% and just hangs.

Printer drivers are a big issue, though the little Brother HL-2040 I have at my desk work ok. Most of my network printers (Xerox C2424 WorkCentre and a Minolta C353) are not supported out of the box. I was able to use the Vista x64 Catalyst driver with no issues, so I may see if I can find x64 versions of the printer drivers as well.

Domain logon (2003 R2 DCs) worked fine, and group policy seems to be coming across ok.

For a beta, it works pretty damned well - I use it unless I need to restore a file from a VSS snapshot, or need to print to one of my color printers. I know the new taskbar is probably a love-it or hate-it proposition, but I love it. Same with the Libraries.
