For all the questions about Hillary's health, there needs to be a serious public inquiry into Trump's mental health.
His are not the words and actions of a mentally healthy adult.
She just had pneumonia and the coughing fits were from talking too much. Yeah, right.

Funny how the older trump does not have these problems.

Luckily, Hillary's little tricks of a stool and larger podium at the debates will not save her slide into the largest Presidential loss since Carter lost to Reagan in 1980.

Mondale lost by more and was after Carter..... jus sayin

Trump knows exactly what he's doing. He's a racist, bigoted, sexist, amoral, lying, sociopathic, crook. This behavior is par the course.

I don't mean to start a flame war or anything, and this isn't intended as an insult... But I just found myself wondering. What do you DO that you have enough free time for the amount of political haranguing that you engage in daily?

the Clinton campaign... pointed out the ad's potential for backfiring, since "given Trump's deep unpopularity with young voters, [the ad's phrasing] will be used mainly at [his] own expense."

From what I have read*, young voters aren't too keen on Clinton either.

I rather suspect that the Clinton campaign are more hacked off that they didn't think of this wheeze first...

*I'll be honest, I've not bothered taking much notice of the campaign to date.

Attorney and family businessman.

What do you do that you have enough time to follow my daily counter-arguments to the progressivism on Ars?

Eh, just found myself wondering after noticing how much your name is all over the comment sections of articles.

I mostly don't read 'em, I just found myself wondering a little about the person behind the username after I realized that I think I know more about your political views than anyone I know IRL just from the omnipresence of your comments.

Carry on, then.

the ad stamps a user's photo and video Snaps with a banner phrase reading "Donald J. Trump vs. Crooked Hillary," along with Trump's famed slogan and a note confirming that the candidate paid for the geofilter campaign.
(My emphasis)

Surely "Make America Great Again" should more rightly be considered Reagan's slogan. Trump just re-appropriated it.

You're being rather loose with the definition of "argument". Most people wouldn't consider randomly shouted fallacies as "arguments".

But if perchance Hillary does win, can we expect to be spared soliliquies about your Randian-fantasy version of America for a few weeks while you reflect? If you'd commit to that, you'd really help get out the vote from the Ars crowd.

Since this thread is going political nuclear anyway:

"Trump's base wants few details and fewer facts; they just want to burn it down and blame their failures on the collective ‘other', and Donald John Drumpf is their demonic messiah in Oompa Loompa’s clothing. We must stop him.”

Trump supporters are low information assholes. Full stop.

Is he? Or is he just a salesman con-man who speaks in a way which he knows his intended audience want their leaders to speak? If he thought being a raging liberal would get him elected then he would have pretended to be a raging liberal.

Who the fuck knows who/what he actually is, other than a conman salesman.

In a statement to CNN, the Clinton campaign said that Trump was "throwing his money into a fire pit," and it pointed out the ad's potential for backfiring, since "given Trump's deep unpopularity with young voters, [the ad's phrasing] will be used mainly at [his] own expense."

Well, now even sites that don't normally cover Trump (like Ars) are covering Trump, soooooo...

Edit: This is not an endorsement of Trump...just an observation that any coverage seems to benefit him somehow...the whole no such thing as bad press thing.

He probably didn't get to pick what platforms snapchat decided to put it on. But yeah he doesn't like apple and uses a galaxy (s7 I think). But what's funny is they force the president to use blackberry for "security" reasons.

There's evidence to suggest that Trump personally boycotts Apple (at least where his personal mobile phone is concerned). Metadata on tweets, for instance, is telling in this area. Many of those which contain spelling mistakes, and are...let's say less well-rooted in reality, initially appear to have been sent from Android devices (i.e. personally attributable to Trump himself). Often those are deleted, then "corrected" versions are quickly tweeted, attributed to Apple devices (those of his staff).

edit: irony
