there’s an elite journalism scandal around Nuzzi and Ryan Lizza. Lizza is a name I’ve seen around New York profile journalism for decades now and I’ve often enjoyed reading his essays and profiles.

He fell out of that world a few years ago and launched a Substack. Olivia Nuzzi is his fiancée. They met while he was married with kids.

This is a story where the journalists make the news and all of the elite journalists are horrified with both of them.

She slept with Keith olbermanm when he was in his early 50’s and she was 18.

She slept with Mark Sanford, governor of South Carolina while also covering a political race that he was involved in.

And lastly, she slept with Robert Kennedy jr. while she was writing a profile of him in 2024 and also informed him of upcoming scandals so that he could get ahead of them.

She’s certainly an ambitious young woman.
