Saros - it's more Returnal and that's a pretty good thing

No spoilers please.

Anyone else digging into this? My short review.

• It's a Returnal spiritual successor, or Returnal remixed. Gameplay is very similar with new spins on the existing ideas. Same high satisfaction with getting a good run and finally beating a boss.
• Adds in some Hades style upgrades and options to retune runs with modifiers.
• The plot so far is okay? Still in the mystery what's-actually-going-on-idk phase.
• Not a fan of the dialog portions, they are fine but Returnal was better withtthe solo protagonist. Maybe it'll get more interesting as it goes.

All in all I'm spneing the same hours and engagement as Returnal, was definitely worth the buy.

Returnal was a brick wall for me. Really happy Saros can be tuned for different levels of skill and reflex. Got to the second biome, need to put more time in, but enjoying it. Really wished I could have made it this far with Returnal, there was so much there I found fascinating, but just couldn't cut it.

This definitely eases the rote repetition a bit, but for Returnal I feel like that really hit with the story line.

If anyone else is playing and has gotten to it, how do you do a repeat run and end up in Acolyte's Haven after you've unlocked that. From the Black Marsh, or is that biome teleport in only?
