Finally! Celebration is indeed in order -- View image here: http://episteme.meincmagazine.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif -- It always bugged me that some of the worst titles available were scarring my played games list... but no more!

Now only if I could un-purchase some games *coughcloningclydecough* and erase them from my gamercard at will!

Its not that the game was bad, but my friend accidentally bought on my account it and I haven't bothered playing it... so it sits there in my list of played games, with no achievements earned. I don't want people to think I'm neglecting my games!

I know it says that list isn't complete, but I really hope they are holding out on the good stuff, because that is pretty weak. Yeah, the navigational upgrades are sorely needed, the navigation on the 360 isn't nearly as good as it could be (and it's slow as hell to boot), and I guess it's nice enough that demos don't show up in my played list, but really it's not something I've really thought about.

I'd rather see some more useful updates - DiVX support (as was rumored might happen), introduction of the full US version of the VideoStore (which MS had originally promised in Q42007, but then rumors had them retract), that sort of stuff.
Things that SHOULD have been in updates a long time ago.

L.

Well, at this point MS is really scraping the bottom of the Xbox barrel anyways in terms of backwards compatibility, pretty much all the good games have already previously been added to the backcompat list. MS is really just going for the sheer technical challenge of complete Xbox library backcompat now, if for no other reason than to spite Sony and their new 40GB PS3 which has no backcompat whatsoever.

The marketplace has a tendency to hang, and the list of arcade games loads criminally slow. And there is plenty of room for improvements in the media streaming/player.
