Well, the game isn't out yet. There's still plenty of time for them to decide that they need to use a different game engine.

And because of the warning, I didn't have the sound turned on while watching. Did the guy actually draw a penis on the white board? Because there's being raunchy, and there's being a 14 year old boy who has never seen a woman naked in real life. Drawing a penis on a virtual white board leans heavily towards the latter.
