Trump would love nothing more than to burn down the constitution and take full power. He would LOVE that!

He didn't need to burn it down. He just ignores it, as does any Republican in the House, Senate, or Supreme Court (or, for that matter, anywhere). He already has "full power", in the sense that he can do literally whatever he wants to do and none of the traditional roadblocks are going to stop him or tell him no.
