Google Hangouts gets a huge update, including Google Voice integration

The irony being that Voice just updated on my phone with no update for Hangouts to be found...

Did they integrate the visual voicemail feature of Voice into Hangouts? I'm not seeing my VMs, but haven't received a new one since updating Hangouts. VM is really the only reason I still have Voice around (and the rare text from someone who doesn't have my regular number since I only list my Voice number of FB).
