It works on mine. I pulled the plug on the UPS, and the NAS shut down.

I have three of these UPSs, and zero complaints so far. I haven't done any rigorous testing, but I have been through at least one real power outage where they did their job.

I just received a 1500VA/1000W a few days ago to replace a dead CyberPower 1500VA AVR. I wanted to get a hands-on with one before deciding whether to replace several others. I read some detailed reviews before buying and decided to dig more deeply afterwards. This forum was a fun read.

There's a knowledgeable guy walking through the internal design on YouTube channel, Kiss Analog.

I saw a nasty review on joltgamer where the test computer was crashing frequently when line power was cut, but I'll be performing my own test before I decide on buying any more.

Btw, I noticed that some new GoldenMate products dropped today when I checked the site while I was performing some capacity planning. For those interested in a more extreme cutover, the GoldenMate 2000VA / 1600W UPS Pro.

I suffered two power outages and one power blip after receiving this GoldenMate UPS device and both my computer and routers experiences zero disruption.
Which model do you have?

I have an old APC BR700G which has gone through 2 battery replacements. When it died again a few months ago, it failed twice with 2 replacement batteries with a month.

Unit will not power with failed battery install. No bulging battery.

Checking in again. I Have two 1500VA/1000W models - one connected to my internet equipment and another in my office connected to my home and work computers and monitors. Had multiple brownouts and couple of blackouts since I had them installed over the past 9 months. No issues on them doing their job. Everything working as intended.

I bought 2x 1500VA/1000W. One covers the routers and switches while the other covers the FiOS ONT. I also bought 8x replacement batteries for my 4x CyberPower 1500VA devices as fallbacks. One of them was still okay, but I decided to replace the batteries in lockstep.
