I dislike making non-partisan issues partisan, but this is just absurd.

Your link tells us that one single lobbying group has bribed far more democrats than republicans.
Congratulations.
Now demonstrate that this is the only lobbying group acting in the area, or that its preference for bribing one party more than the other is representative of all similar interest groups.
Because it is not clear how you have shown the the "American Assn for Justice" is the sole group acting in this area.
