I know what you mean.
It didn't help that I started with "Fish call Wanda" on the top row, and was looking for another word related to the movie and at the end three words were things you can do with a football, and I was struggling to find the fourth.

They often intentionally set up red herrings with the initial word shuffle (it's preset, not random), so be wary if what you see initially temps youI know what you mean.

Huh, I enjoyed todays. Had to approach it differently though. I took screenshots of all the ones I solved to keep track of things because I was so unsure.

Ok, for that last bit, I figured out the category, but they had five things that fit. The comb, mouth, gear, zipper, and saw all have teeth.

Another one of those "You have to do the categories in order, because at least one word fits multiple categories, and leaves at least one category with 5+ words, so you'll have to find the category we want you to put it in" days.

A sprite is absolutely a mythological creature, so you have to get the "citrus drinks" category before you know which of the five mythological creatures doesn't belong. ...otherwise out of the five, "dragon" looks like the one to go, since it's the only one that's not humanoid in shape.

My strategy of always hitting "shuffle" before even looking at the words continues to pay dividends. They often sneak in something to try to trip you up.
Edit: I'd just like to add my appreciation to how this thread has a great group of people who have decided, even though it's not in the title or OP, that spoilers are to be hidden so as not to ruin anyone else's enjoyment.
