Looking for an ATX 24 pin 90 degree adapter which point outside the board. The ones on Amazon all points towards inside when installed. Eg. Adapter. Memory slots are right next to the socket.

They have both. I was going by the position of the clip.
Moddiy has actual tech support. I went back and forth with them to verify some details on a custom PCIe power cable order. Perhaps send them the same photo you posted here and ask them which 90 degree adapters they have that bend away from the memory slots, see what they come back with?
