Apple would save a lot of legal fees if its legal team had enough wit to file in advance against the S4 at the same time than the S3. Because obviously after S3, it must be S4. And yet they still makes the mistake of trying to add only the S4 in the lawsuit. Just go ahead and add S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, S10. This will shield Apple for the next 6 years.
