Heavy on the A-Team nods, some Knight Rider at the end. Aiming for too specific an audience, perhaps? As noted, it does look very much like Borderlands in terms of the art style and the need for incessant "wise"cracks. I suspect it's not for me, but I'm too old for twitch shooters anyway. :)

BTW, was there ever a mod that allowed you to kill that profoundly irritating kid in Borderlands 2? I got to her then uninstalled the game.

No multiplayer means it's a pass for me.
The only fun I have from FPS/shooters is playing with my friends.

If I want to play a single player game its got to be something worth my time. Mindless killing and explosions I can get from countless multiplayer games already.

Seems like an odd niche they're going for here.

You mean Tiny Tina? She turned out to be a rather engaging character in the end (weirdly enough). She became the "narrator" in the rather excellent DLC Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep

OTOH the kid with the Oliver Twist accent in Borderlands: the pre-sequel should have been shot. And then shot again for good measure!
