    Not against an air superiority fighter and an F-16 was not designed to be one. The Russian Su-34 Fullback, a development of the air superiority fighter SU-27 Flanker, can easily wipe the floor with the F-16. Now if you're talking about F-15 Eagle, that would be a different story.
