What is the name of this original rulebook? Oddly it isn't given anywhere despite most of the article being about the implications of the rules laid out in this rulebook.
Edit: that came out more sarcastic than I intended. Sarcasm now removed. And thanks to Bongle below for the link to the WEC rulebook. The way the article is worded does suggest there's a progenitor rulebook.
