I sometimes wonder if the most valuable concept I learned in school was probability. Obi Wan once said something to the effect that only the bad guys deal in absolutes. Biology doesn't deal in absolutes. Will you get diphtheria from bathing in tainted water? I'm guessing the odds are less than 50%, but higher than you would like. How badly do you need a bath? Will this vaccine kill me? Maybe, but you would be historically unlucky if that happened. Will the same vaccine prevent me from getting measles? Probably, and your chances of dying from measles are orders of magnitude greater than dying from a vaccine. Folks these days just don't seem to grasp this stuff. It's the same thinking that weighs countless lung cancer cases equally with 'my uncle smoked all his life and lived to be 90'.

Hey, Booby... germs are not a "theory." They're a scientific and medical fact... try to keep up. (Man, he's the most unhealthy looking person I've seen.)
It depends on what you mean by theory. If you’re using the scientific version, then “Germ Theory” means “germs are the best explanation we’ve found for diseases such as listeria, COVID, and syphilis”.

Unfortunately, he appears to think that it is the common (and incorrect) definition of “just a guess with no evidence” that applies here.

I can't help but think about this scene from Naked Gun:
@Person_Man - great reference. I think the Simpsons also have a great one for this situation. I'm torn: on the one hand, I really want them to get REALLY sick. As someone else said above, "inverted volcano" sick. On the other hand, I REALLY don't want the little people to get sick.

He’s all worried about processed food but NOT a believer in germ theory? How is that stretch even possible. The Venn diagram on this doesn’t make sense to me.
RFK literally believes in terrain theory. To wit: be good, eat natural foods, love God, and never get sick; if you get sick, you were doing something to deserve it. It is a framework that places health and healthcare wholly in the category of personal responsibility and, quite conveniently, allows the ruling elite to ignore any and all systemic problems.

Bacteria and viruses causing disease is not a theory, scientifically or otherwise. It's an established fact. The theory part is how it happens.

Just as with evolution. Evolution is not a theory, it's a fact. How it happens--natural selection--is the explanatory theory.

Later this week on Fox News: Staff have reported that RFK Jr has spent the last 2 days camped in the bathroom. When asked for a comment on the situation, he gave a muffled reply about an 'inverted volcano".

You left out how RFKJ has ordered an investigation into this "assassination attempt by woke Democrats".
