But does it though, everything I've read makes it sound like Starships are dirt cheap to build. I imagine an expendable Starship that can deliver payloads to orbit would still be significantly cheaper than SLS. That being said, I'm sure SpaceX will achieve reusability.

Model 3 owner here. While I agree with you that the up front costs are higher, I would argue that time lost to refueling is dependent upon your use case and living situation. In the seven months I've had the car, I've taken three overnight trips where I've needed to charge while on the road...
