Ya, thats what I've seen, we will replace the system on Monday. That Asus card linked earlier I know only works with a few Azus boards, what Officer says makes sense. We will probably just grab the HP laptop that Universal Audio lists as tested with that pre-amp so there are no questions.. :)...

One of the departments here at work is beginning to do voice over recordings. They asked us in IT for a "top of line PC" and even after all the questions we tried to pepper them with they gave us no real information. We got them a nice HP EliteDesk 800 G3 PC. Now they got their own recording...

Nothing is perfect ya. We spent quite a bit for Proofpoint on-prem, and even tho it's the best solution I've used in nearly 30 years of fighting spam, stuff still gets through once a long while. :)

Oh man the last few episodes have really been great. I love the growth of the characters in season 2, they seem to making logical (albeit anime logical) advancements that don't seem forced just for ex-machina.

Go into the display settings on the phsyical monitor via the buttons, and disable Deep Sleep, that will fix that issue. That Dell is excellent, I've had one for a while and love it, but having Windows forget about it was super annoying. The deep sleep setting fixed that.
