    According to that table it’s 3.8 minutes at 150F. How much you trust a table from Shopify however… :) Edit - ok I see what you did there. That’s for salmonella and they recommend tripling the time for listeria, so 12 minutes. I stand corrected.

    I feel just the opposite. I saw it uncluttered as you say on DVD later on and it was, to me, mediocre at best. The participation and the atmosphere was what brought it to life for me.

    I always enjoy the regional variations of the audience participation. I learned it as “Back row sucks!” Started going to see it in 1981 and it had a profound impact on my view of the world. Edited to add that I took my kids to see it as soon as I felt they were ready. They had a ball!
