I was expecting it to be much worse than this study shows. In any case, it told me the Gemini 2.5 pro was the best model around and I have to say I agree. So it's got something right.

I've been using it since it came out. It is a great model. I'm convinced they have the best practical model in the world right now. What I mean by that is that openAI might have some better models but they are too expensive and too slow.

Google is all on AI also the cost of switching to something else is extremely low (zero?). So this isn't really a concern Flash is decent but its best feature is its fast. My ideal is to use flash for inline autocomplete and claude for chat based prompting and larger completions.

To be fair, workspace accounts don't have access to the memory feature used in this attack.

Yup, this kind of attack can take root in almost any supply chain. I would be very surprised if there weren't things like this lingering in almost any popular languages package management.
