Intro to 3D printing, part 3: The cool, weird, and unexpected prints we love

Came here to say this. Anything that has been through an extruder nozzle should not come into contact with food. Storing utensils, that's fine, but don't let it touch your food.

After coming back from the dead, the world’s largest aircraft just flew a real payload

Article sub-title made me think that the "World's Largest Aircraft" somehow moved at "just short of hypersonic velocity."

Dealmaster: Discounts on games, toys, laptops, and more

I definitely prefer this type of deal master over the article style. I love seeing a curated list of things that I might be interested in rather than a whole article for one or two products.

Company that makes rent-setting software for landlords sued for collusion

The world has been feeling like its full of implicit price collaboration these days. I think this is just the first of many anti-competitive lawsuits we'll see in the coming years.

Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 4 gets a bit wider, keeps $1,799 price tag

I don't see the complaint about the battery. My (admittedly older) pixel 4a has a 3100mah battery and it has never been a problem, even 2 years in here. Even an iphone 13 only has a 3300mah hour battery... Strange complaint if you ask me.

Apple employee conspired with suppliers, stole parts in $10M fraud, DOJ says

Stealing 10mil from one of the world's richest companies is without a doubt a crime. But up to 60 years in prison? Murders can get away for less.

Keychron Q2 mechanical keyboard review: Enthusiast luxury at a decent price

This is the kind of thing I would be looking for. I can't stand the concept of these "Enthusiast" keyboards that just don't have nearly the usability of something with a full numpad. Sure, it saves you like 4 inches of desk space, but I want something that allows me to have a numpad, and home...

Google updates Pixel 6 fingerprint reader, confirms slow 23 W charging

Am I the only one who is simply thankful I can charge my phone in less than 3 hours? I have an older pixel 4a, but man, being upset at 23W when some of us are just thankful for more than 5w....

Tesla recalls 11,706 vehicles over Full Self-Driving Beta software bug

Oh, I get it. But when a portion of your untrained drivers could die/be injured/or kill/injure someone else, it is a completely different story.

Tesla recalls 11,706 vehicles over Full Self-Driving Beta software bug

Imagine how the media would react if GM were to be pushing beta software? The rest of the OEMs AFAIK are using test fleets and not beta testing on customers. Only Tesla is tests with normal, untrained people. I wonder what the cost in lives and public funds (emergency personnel, etc) their...

Tesla recalls 11,706 vehicles over Full Self-Driving Beta software bug

Perhaps, just perhaps, Tesla should hire professionally trained safety drivers to beta test their software on a controlled fleet of vehicles rather than have the public do it for them.

Drop Signature Series Islay Night hands-on: A $349, arrow-free experience

"Additionally, "Command" is written proudly where Windows users expect Ctrl, but it works the same way." That is where alt is on windows. The spot for control just has... nothing... Why they didn't add a control key and capslock key is kinda baffling given its just a blank slot...

Moto G Pure is a $160 phone available just about everywhere in the US

Two thoughts here. First, my 4a doesn't struggle to video call or navigate... I really haven't noticed it struggle at all. Second, video calling has been a staple of smartphones for over a decade. Same with navigation. What I find disturbing is that these modern devices EVER struggle with...

NASA seeks a new ride for astronauts to the Artemis launch pad

Sounds like an electric F-150 or Cybertruck with a special trailer might be the ideal solution... Heck, if its a trailer for an electric truck, then the truck can be used for other things when its not transporting the astronauts. Sounds like a win-win.

Please stop adding more lanes to busy highways—it doesn’t help

Hey! Its Ryan! Long time no see. This makes a lot of sense... Making roads safer rather than worrying about traffic.

Please stop adding more lanes to busy highways—it doesn’t help

Well, that is generally not possible due to how cities are laid out. The Cities are built and we can't change that (in a reasonable amount of time at least). So, your proposed solution is to let things get terrible so that people just change their lives rather than deal with a commute? There...
