Backpage executives beat pimping charges, case dismissed

They are all stupid and corrupt in their own specific predictable way. Most ARS readers can tell which is which without being told, regardless of party affiliation. So if anything the information is unnecessary.

Backpage executives beat pimping charges, case dismissed

The sad thing about this case is there are probably exploiters of women and children that posted some of these ads and this attempted prosecution addresses none of that. The real pimps likely won't advertise on backpage but they will advertise somewhere.

1 million Android accounts compromised by Android malware called Gooligan

I used an apk similar to towelroot on my phone. It was the most no effort rooting and if it's easy for me it's easy for everybody. I updated to CM's version of marshmallow because there are a lot of security issues with earlier versions of Android. This is one of many.

Trump hires two net neutrality opponents to oversee FCC transition

Aren't these captured regulatory agencies just a waste of taxpayer money? Why doesn't Trump just eliminate the agency altogether? At this point maybe that's a question that should be asked since it would satisfy the agenda for smaller government and fewer regulations.
