For what it's worth, Counter-Earth is one of the High Evolutionary's 'things'. However, given how...complicated...things are around Counter-Earth in the comic continuum, it's probably for the best that the MCU used it to illustrate how batshit MCU High Evolutionary is and then blowing it up.
