Looks like something that would work well with the Xim, which lets you use a keyboard and mouse with recent consoles. As for the morality of using such a device to get a leg up on online console competition, that's a topic for another place!

Not sure about yours, but I'd think that most pen tablets would support touch as well (mine does, but I just got it a month ago). You could just use two-finger scrolling.

Are any of the features being pushed to Windows RT? I wouldn't expect so, but I'd at least hope that compatibility with the new UWP features would be maintained so UWP apps can continue to run on Windows RT.
