You stumbled into the wrong forum mate.

Anthropic is in a very tricky position and while I agree with you that they're taking the more ethical stance here, they probably won't get any credit for it.

I guess they'll attract more talent and engineers (like Karpathy) with their 'ethical' approach which is a win in itself.
