I'm more concerned about Antonyous Henin’s standing to sue Omnilert. He wasn't a direct party to the contract between MNPS and Omnilert. Maybe through his parents, who presumably payed taxes that supported MNPS. I'm not a judge, but I know that standing is really important. I expect Omnilert to at least raise that objection.
