The scientific part of the article is fine, but I really want to laugh at the nannying tone laid over that, as if this is some sort of PSA from FEMA. Can't you talk about the upcoming hurricane season without TELLING US WHAT WE MUST DO ... and we already know what we must do, anyway, hurricanes have been running through the US for the last few hundred years.
