In America, the people in power decided to do everything cheap so they could make more profit. Thus basically everything we have can catch on fire because of some chemical or another. We even make our clothes out of a flammable material that causes major injury due to minor flames quite often! America is basically that scene from Shrek where Farquad says: "Some of you may die, but that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make."
