Once I heard Micron was doing away with Crucial I took what I wanted to spend on an upgrade and bought Micron stock. The gains have more than made up for the cost of ram. It may more than pay for the entire upgrade soon though. I hate this timeline but if you can figure out how to play the game it stings a little less.For kicks, I built a PC on Newegg a few days ago. $830 for 64GB RAM. A year ago, I bought 16GB for $63. I was hoping to replace a PC this year, but not holding my breath. Guess I'll stick with this Intel i7-9700k for another year or two.
