When I was faced with the end of Win10 I had two home PCs. One was a media server/db server and the other was my main home PC where I use MS Flight Sim (mainly).
I have since converted the media/db server over to Mint Linux (slightly easer to install jellyfin) and will soon have my home PC over on the gaming friendly Linux Distro.
The only MS OS in my housr is the work laptop and I don't control that one. While I appreciate the tool that is LLMs, I DO NOT want them consumeing my life with "Hi there how can I help you" or giving me way too many options such I have to investigate more then I had just done my own reasearch.
I say "clippy, don't let the door hit your digits on the way out".

Clippy wasn't a bad idea per se. It just didn't have a lot of capabilities. I liked that it was sort of whimsical.
