Then your company is run by morons and you should quit. Every DEI program I've run into is run the right way, it's a combination of scrubbing out indicators on the applications and training people to recognize their own biases. And it works.
AGAIN for those in the cheap seats, DEI != Quotas. Never. That's not what it's about and anyone claiming it is either needs to cough up hard evidence or admit that they don't know what DEI is.
Except that the anti-DEI folks are outright claiming that to be qualified you have to be white and male. Start listening to them and and pretending you know what's going on.
