The "Coming Soon..." trailer that was season 2 of the Mandalorian has gotten my expectations low. I feel that if it wasn't Star Wars, then the characterization, pacing, and plot would be recognized as wretched in that season.
But then, if it wasn't Star Wars (and if it wasn't for season 1), the setting, effects, and overall production value would be lauded as ahead of its time... So I really can't complain too much.
