It's weird that a drone crash with no injuries or significant property damage is national news. For some reason, every incident is sensationalized.
It's hardly surprising that the pilot left the scene. Given the attitudes of people, he'd probably have been lynched.
Hopefully, the next generation of drones will have collision avoidance built in, so the hysteria can pass.
