Well, I'm ok with forcing the administrative salaries of hospital staff down, but then again, that could be said for just about every executive pay package across the country.

But really, what doctors take home isn't the main driver of the high cost of health care. It's the profit seeking at every single point of the health care industry. Hell, just take the profits out of private health insurance and you'd cut a big chunk of the health care costs down. Then reign in the cost of the pharmaceuticals and medical equipment. Oh, and yeah, continue to reform malpractice.
Yeah, the CEO of my nonprofit hospital makes over $1 million in salary. In Georgia. Kind of sickening.

Good. Not surprised to see this editorial, this website, and essentially all of the comments here hysterical about Musk advocating for the policy of free expression he's championed since the first moment he expressed interest in acquiring the site.
Except all those journalists he banned?

It's the Physician Services slice.
So, you're telling me that Physician services doesn't include overhead, such as office space leasing, administrative staff overhead, consumables and other expenses incurred by a visit? Or rather, it's in there, but since it isn't broken out specifically, we can't assess how much salary truly impacts the overall cost?

Which is what everyone has been repeatedly saying.

Unpopular truth: people who manage hundreds of people and hundreds of millions in capital expenditures will generally make lots of money. Doubly so when the people they manage are highly paid professionals.
Further unpleasant truths:
1) A million bucks ain’t what it used to be. In many places, you can no longer support a family on $100,000.
2) Although most non-profit jobs pay below so-called market rates, directors and board members do pretty well.
(I have a family member who has worked at various levels in multiple non-profits for over 30 years.)

Cusrious why this story is titled "Elon Musk’s X" while stories about other sites such as Facebook or Amazon aren't titled "Mark Zuckerburg's Facebook" or "Jeff Bezos' Amazon"
Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg don't own controlling shares of their companies. Elon Musk does.

Ad hominem. You're admitting not having a valid argument.
If you want to cry about being insulted, why not do it in English. You clearly have no idea what the ad hominem fallacy actually is, so why bother making yourself look like an idiot trying?

Correctly describing someone who is actively avoiding something because they are afraid isn’t any more of an insult than calling someone who has sex with goats a goatfucker. You may not like being called goatfucker, but it’s not a fallacy, it’s a literal descriptor.

The only reason to whine in Latin is to
  • Mewl and play the victim
  • Further avoid the question
  • Feel bad about being accurately described.
But hey, you have every chance in the world to prove me wrong. Just…answer the question: do you believe that it's a GOOD thing that Twitter allows propaganda that nobody else does?

Zuckerburg and Bezos built their sites from the ground up and made them successful. No-one needs to be reminded of who owns them because it was always thus.

Musk, on the other hand, bought a successful company and turned it into a cesspool with little in the way of sustainable income streams.
